“Oh, but Kids on the Slope is better because it’s not as popular. Anything popular is bound to suck.” The kind of logic these people are more likely to use. Popularity doesn’t really determine whether a show will be good or bad. Regardless, I’d take Nisemonogatari over Kids on the Slope any day.
What ironic is that KOTS did well in the ratings but when it came time to show support, the “fans” of that show failed. Proof that otaku know exactly what shows they want to own and support.
